It was last July when Australian pop/hip-hop songstress Iggy Azalea and boyfriend/L.A. Laker Nick Young split, so the fact that eight months later, the couple have put their Tarzana, Calif. mini-mansion up for sale is no surprise.

According to Trulia.com, the asking price is $3.595 million for the six-bedroom, nine-bathroom, 6,630-square-foot home located in a gated community and situated on an acre of land on a prime corner lot in the San Fernando Valley.

The home features a large chef’s kitchen opening to a family room, game room, and formal living and dining area. The formal living and dining rooms flank the foyer of the main house, which also has a den. The family room is faced with French doors that open to the backyard.
